WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 7 inch baking tin or cupcake tray, 3 eggs (or for
- Vegan option: 1 banana, 1/4 cup chia seeds or flaxseed or all 3 if you wish), 1 cup water.
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees
- Grease pan or cupcake tray
- Place cake mix, eggs (or vegan options) to mixing bowl.
- Mix until batter is smooth (the longer you mix the better the volume).
- Place into pre-greased tin or tray
- Bake for 40-45 mins.
- Let cool then decorate as you wish!
