NilfiskCFM 70mm  A17 compressed air industrial vacuum cleaner 70mm air mover connecting hose.

This hose connects the compressed air powered air mover, to the primary or main filter chamber on top of the main unit.

It's used on the compressed air driven  vacuum cleaner.

It was black hose that was used, but lately has been grey hose, connected with black conductive rubber cuff on one end an a hose clip, or Jubilee clip on the other.

In the second picture, it's seen coming out of the container and the 70mm hose is connected to it via a rubber 70mm cuff SKU
